What’s the Fastest Way to Get Results?

Start where no one else tells you to look

Recently, someone asked me a question I’ve heard many times in many forms:
“What’s the fastest way to lose weight?”

And I get it.

We live in a culture that constantly tells us our worth is tied to our appearance. That smaller is better. That discipline is measured in restriction. That if you’re not suffering, you’re not doing it right.

But when they asked me, I paused. Took a breath.
And I said something I don’t think they expected:
“Change your mindset.”

Because here’s the truth: if your mindset is still rooted in urgency, punishment, and external validation, it doesn’t matter what method you choose—it won’t stick. You’ll burn out. You’ll doubt yourself. You’ll mistake discomfort for failure. And worst of all, you might miss the chance to actually feel well.

What I Value Instead

In my work, I don’t chase fast results.
I don’t hand out one-size-fits-all plans or promote 30-day overhauls.
I’m not here to help you get “back on track”—I’m here to help you build a new one.

I value sustainability over speed.
I believe in quality over quantity.
And I care far more about how you feel in your body than what it looks like in the mirror.

Because health isn’t a look—it’s a relationship.
And like any meaningful relationship, it takes time. Attention. Listening.

So What Should You Ask Instead?

Try this:

  • “How can I feel more connected to my body?”
  • “What’s one thing I can do today to support my energy?”
  • “How do I create habits that feel good to maintain?”
  • “What am I willing to explore—not restrict—in this season?”

Because when your mindset shifts, your actions naturally follow.
You stop chasing extremes and start cultivating consistency.
You stop asking how to shrink yourself and start learning how to support yourself.

And from that place—support, nourishment, and self-trust—something powerful happens:

You begin to expand.

Not in size, but in energy.
In confidence.
In presence.
In the way you walk into a room.
In your ability to bounce back after a hard week.
In your capacity to hold boundaries, advocate for your needs, and make decisions that feel good in your body—not just look good on paper.

This work isn’t about becoming less.
It’s about becoming more—more grounded, more resilient, more fully you.

Because you don’t need to shrink to be well.
You just need space to grow.

If you’re ready to move differently—to build a system that’s actually yours—I’d love to connect.
This work isn’t about less of you.
It’s about more of what matters.
